By accessing or using Clarity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Clarity is an AI-powered assistant that helps users manage everyday tasks through natural language conversation. The Service may include integrations with third-party services such as Gmail and Google Calendar, which require separate authorization.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use Clarity. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Clarity to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit malicious code or attempt to exploit the Service
- Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other abusive purposes
5. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (e.g., Google Gmail, Google Calendar), you authorize Clarity to access those services on your behalf within the granted permissions. You may revoke access at any time through your Clarity Settings or directly via the third-party service's account settings. Clarity is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
6. AI-Generated Content
Clarity uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently. Clarity is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our
Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
